destroyed idler wheels

the small inside idler wheels keep having the rubber come off but bearing is good what is the problem

The wheels are the problem. Yamaha has an updated wheel or you can pickup aftermarket ones

Get yourself a set of Excell's new idler wheels--slightly larger in diameter and just plain SOLID!! over 1000 miles on the inner skid wheels and holding strong!!
