You playing around photoshop? Lol.
That's crazy! Then again, anything is possible with electronics....
I was waiting for someone to suggest it's photshopped but I promise you there are absolutely no alterations to the picture..................... This isn't FB.

I've seen a Viper with an experimental Yamaha ECU installed. Seems to run fine with no flip-screen tricks

No, never been touched. Other than a few addons the sled is stock. The only electrical mod was the addition of HID lights. We'll see if it continues to misbehave and if it does I know where I can get a new gauge at a reasonable price.

Thanks, I hope it doesn't come to that.
My Viper doesn't suffer from some off the starting issues that are being reported but it makes me wonder if during the engine start up there was a voltage drop that affected the boot sequence of the display.

All the Vipers have voltage issues on start up... anyone that tries to add boost and AFR gauges end up running a on/off switch so it can be fired up after the sled is running. AFR sensors are very picky to voltage conditions, burning them out prematurely or causing false reading or errors.

I found that problem with HID lights as well.

Has anyone had this happen? Upside down and backwards...............
Yes, but it never happened again after they adjusted my meds.
Have a safe Christmas everyone ... easy on the meds if your riding.

Im about to install HIDS. What issue did you experience with them and voltage?
They just have to refire after startup. Not a big deal.Im about to install HIDS. What issue did you experience with them and voltage?
