POWERHAULIC said:I believe this will be a good solution, as it will be a 20min. skid swap. Also it should be faster than an RX1 shocked pro-action.
Is the ExpertX a direct bolt in...... no relocating brakets etc???
I believe an expert x install requires more mods to the tunnel than an M10. Plus the addition of a tunnel support plate.
You have to install support brakets. I've removed the M10 and the X. I can install the X myself and it take 5 minutes to remove. If your looking for a perfomance skid get the X. if your looking for the softest ride and you don't care about accelleration or top end get the M10

Go to totallyamaha.com and click on the ride review. There's a comparison of the m10 vs xpert vs stock.
I took part in that challenge.
POWERHAULIC: What part of the install are you looking for?

Hmm.... to fabricate new parts for the proaction, or to buy? I think I'll wait a year. For $20 in stainless I should be able to make a live rear axle, unless anybody has any easier ideas to maintain consistent track tension on this thing......???

LB, in your "All suspension Update" thread, you stated if you had to spend $10 more to make the suspension better, it would be too much. What is changing your mind?
