TED'S front mount has "so much more" "low end" power off the line vs rear mount.
thats cause youre running a bender..... Trust me, my rear mount on the juice would do a flip in the first 10' if you let it. (granted I do need to work on my transfer)
Not only do I hit the Noss out of the hole but I hold it all the way down.

The Mountain sleds are way different from a Flat Lander
set up for ice. The MTN boys have no idea what the term "hook up" really means.
So similar, yet so different!

I'll get in...........I've had two of each. Two fronts and two rears.......and one in the middle!!!!
Nobody has built the perfect kit.....IMO.
They all have pros.......they all have cons.
Depends what is important to you and your riding style.
My 16t apex rear mount is my ride today...........but my original switzer @ 14lbs was huge fun factor.
Have a nice day

Member Tuco on here had an 03 with a rear mount, and i definitely raced him. We were dead even and i am serious
well for the first 15 feet and then you hear the turbo spool and he was gone.

I know that I could not imagine the gain on the ice with a front mount, but I will say this....everytime I put mine on the ice I dig a trench. No amount of nails in my track will make a difference. I have already snapped a drive shaft. Just got to figure out how to hook it up. LOL

Never mind racing non turbo sleds that is a joke.
Ive ridden a few front mounts and they had more lag then mine. And mine has less than zero lag on the button.
And then you woke up :ORC
So if rearmounts have no lag why do you need NOS.

I dont need anything. This is all about being faster. If you are only running 12lbs I would leave my Noss in the truck and still show you that I dont even run a tail light...

From riding both the RX1 with MCX rear mount and Apex with MCX rear mount there is a noticable difference in "lag" between those 2 machines.
Some people are talking RX1 and others about Apex. IMO theres a big difference in "lag" or throttle response between those 2 boosted.

Couple of notes of interest I have here . The distance from the turbo outlet on the charge tube to the carbs is more than 20 inches longer on bender than it is on the mcexpress . My apex w/mc express (rear mount) revs faster than my cpr turbo front mount on the rx1.I think this is because of fuel injection and the lighter crank on the Apex. The only turbo I felt like I had lag on, was the bender up in the mountains when I was in deep powder, but with some clutching changes , and adding a blowoff valve the bender is much better now.
