And I also noticed drive speedo sensor wear into the case cover, starting to wonder if the axle is moving side to side a bit,it’s getting pretty deep as well was the wear inner side off chaincase cover

The speedo sensor is known to collect a lot of filings which can begin to wear/grind into the inner case cover. There have been many posts on this in the past. I don't know that I would be too alarmed unless its burrowing into the magnesium.

If there is movement it shouldn’t be enough to throw your track off that much. Is the brake side bearing good?
Maybe the drivers where installed a bit off from the factory?

Byam has got something there. The track clips are typically installed with the raised vertical side facing the outside of the track window....not the inside like in the O P pics. I will have to check the tracks on my sleds now.
Here is a pic of the right way
Is this normal now...or are the clips installed the wrong way?

My clips are on the outside, not like that! 137 track, could be normal, would it matter? Wear would be on other side and driver.
