Blew a belt and sled instantly quite at same time.
Installed new belt wouldn’t start without some throttle.
Removed plugs all 3 kinda black but not wet. Replaced all 3 and runs the same rough and poor idle.

Have you checked the valve clearence, if you are really unlucky one of the shims is not where it should be.

Yep. Sounds like when belt blew it shucked out a valve retainer. This has been known to happen on this engine. This can often result in valve damage as the next time up, the piston hits that valve and bends the stem. I think your guess is probably right on - it's only running on 2 cylinders. Better do an inspection before running it any more.

Sounds like a valve issue to me as well. Get it to the dealer and hopefully it still has warranty.

Yes that's probably what happened. When were racing we data log the runs and when under full power if you blow a belt the rpm spike is crazy. I've seen as high as 11,500
