Easiest way to move bars forward?

I noticed that I could've got a 4" riser then the 2" I got with the 05 mountain cable..opps,but I'd also really like to move post forward as they angle back to much....I tilted bars forward but I feel the angle is weird now.

you can get a powermadd pivot riser 2"(45539) along with the pivot adapter(45583). This make 2 pivot points and should get your desired result this will raise your bars about 3.2 inches total
