any input would be very helpful TD is very busy and mike is the only person in the shop currently and I'm still waiting on a call back as for my situation I have 200 miles on the closed loop system worked great last weekend until the last day of my trip went to start the sled code sd 24 came up battery is fully charged all connections were checked along with fuses turned sled off then back on code went away and o2 sensor started giving me readings again but this time they were all over the place I figured the sensor was bad as I did run a decent amount of torco in my fuel installed new sensor today and now code sd 24 popped up again and I'm getting an o2 reading of 25.0 shut sled off let it sit for 5 minuets cycled key and boom no code had an o2 reading of 14.2 before start up started the sled everything was working great shut sled off when back out to try it again same thing code came back up and its acting like o2 sensor is not getting power again

I’m going to guess module is bad because I have unplugged and plugged everything back in over a dozen times and made sure no wires were cut or loose

Funny I was going to post this same topic. Bought a Ecu master installed it went no more than 50 miles sensor started reading 0 . Shut off sled reading ok for 20 mins , then started going down to 7.0 and then back up to 15-16 . Unplugged it tried the next day read ok for a 20 mins then went bad again. Now just reads 0 . Talked to the supplier, said no warranty on sensor. Ordered just the sensor tried it Still reads zero. Module is bad . Worked for less than 2 hrs at best .
Just curious if anyone else had the same problem ??

Seems like a new thing at least when talking to prevost performance he made it seem that way as he never heard of any issues I’m hoping that I can get a new module under warranty before this weekends tripFunny I was going to post this same topic. I just installed two closed loop systems on separate sleds
First one worked good for about two hours then saw like afr readings in The thirty’s and kept climbing to 177 and stayed their Shut sled off and now it reads zero
Second sled starts at 14.8 and stays there until you run it at 6000 rpm for about five minutes amd then it slowly comes down to the proper reading and then it seems to measure afr properly till you shut it of and it starts at 14.8 again and slowly fixes itself
These are ecu master
Haven’t heard from Dave at hurricane through my dealer yet on what the problem is
Guess I’m not the only one with issues

Issue with your second sled sounds normal as mine did that but I let it idle a min or 2 then it gave me good readings but obviously now i have a whole different situationI just installed two closed loop systems on separate sleds

I can drive mine for twenty miles under 6000 rpm or let it idle for for ten minutes and it will stay at 14.8
This is on my 22 my 17 is instant and the first sled I referred to was instant until it went crazy and quit

Not sure but I think you need an update tune/firmware to run the ECU master on a new install.

That’s been done twice now on both sleds. Both reflashed with there original respective flashes. Nothing changed on either one of them I suspect the sensor is toast on the first one. The second one I’m hoping can be fixed some how

3 sleds running Bosch LSU 4.9 sensors and they've all been close to each other. Any difference is probably fuel pressure. All same gas.i dont know about ecu master, mine is the GAP from TD and hasnt missed a beat, i did change my bosch sensor just because i run boostane and though it was reading wrong but it was ok.
