Was out for a run today, stopped at our sled shed for a warm up and when I jumped back on the sled she fired right up but when I went to take off the check engine light and warning light came on and the sled got sluggish. Now when you got her to move the lights went out and she ran fine! Stop start again then the same thing... This happened a few times on the trail. Long story short I stopped checked everything over than noticed the gas cap was a Little loose so I tightened it , the lights came on again but I stopped 30 seconds out the trail and tried to start off again and voila! No lights, rode all day with no problems! Would a loose gas cap cause the lights to come on and run sluggish? Rode for a good hour after issue free, and again 40 min to get home......

Thanks guys

Next time it happens, check the lcd screen for a code that flashes up, and crosscheck the code here. My bet is was your throttle position sensor tripping...causes the engine to stumble. Maybe the throttle cable had iced up or is out of spec and may need adjusting.

I say it's your TORS that's kicking in. Happens to me once in a while, maybe because I grab the throttle the wrong way or the switch inside was frozen. Check your owners manual for how to test it.
