Got my first real trail ride in this morning. Great sled! I am coming off a 2004 Rev 600 HO X and this RTX blows it away. That said I struggled in the tighter twisty sections because of too much inside ski lift. I haven't touched anything except torsion settings on H and my rear compression clicker is maxed. I go 285lbs and ride hard so I wanted to stiffen the skid up off the bat. I also am not running studs, but can see that they are needed to make the best of this fantastic engine!
My question is related to the pressure in the floats. No thread has given a straight answer. Is lower pressure going to help the ski lift? I would think the lower pressure would promote body roll and make ski lift worse no? Do I need a stiffer sway bar? Don't get me wrong here, a little inside ski lift is good. On my Rev I could bicycle around corners without worry, but my RTX just feels like it's going to roll over if I don't back off...and thats no fun!
