I'm just wondering how many RX1, Warrior owners have had to replace their exhaust donuts and how many miles before they had to? It seems to be quite the problem with the Apex's. I noticed some muffled backfiring occasionally last year but performance didn't seem to be affected. Might look into it later this summer. Thanks for any replies.

Replaced mine last year with 4000 miles. Just donuts and hardware. Clamps, exhaust gasket, and bolts.

Had to replace same stuff, plus the y pipes last week. I have just under 7,000 miles on the sled.

I knew they were shot towards the end of the season, but I had a few more trips planned, so I waited till the season finished. Guess that's why the Y pipes went.

Good thing, YES warranty covered all the parts.....

Bad thing, I had to do the job myself, hate to see what the labor bill would have been.

I did not have to drill out the bracket that holds the Y pipes this time....so not so bad.
