Has anyone ever taken the stock exhaust and routed the outlet pipe into the tunnel? That is my main question. If it can be done at all.
I'm looking to dump the exhaust into the tunnel, I'm tired of melting storage boxes on the back of my Phazer. I have the exhaust turn-out, but it's not completely solving the problem. I have seen the exhaust blocking plates, but I'm not a big fan of those. I don't want to give up the storage on the back of the sled, so I am trying to reroute my exhaust.
Thanks.

i think i seen someone on here do that, but my only concern is plugging the exhaust with snow or just creating more ice/weight underneath tunnel.

check the phazer forum instead of mountain, pics on a current thread there.

Then check the venture forum which has undertunnel stock.Ice issues.

Venture Forum? Are you talking about the RS section which includes the bigger ventures but not the Venture Lite with the tunnel exhaust? I believe the other Ventures (not VL) have the exhaust similar position as the Phz but with two outlets on the sides.cannondale27 said:Then check the venture forum which has undertunnel stock.Ice issues.
As well, there is a lot of info on the Nytro section re guys switching to tunnel exhausts with good results.

The Lite.Sorry no forum but here are some good examples
