get out you saw and start chopping i guess! i didnt think there was enough room without doing some major modifications. an exhaust like mine you can build in an hour from tare down to re-assembly.

Moto...I would love to hear all the details. Which model Yosh, do you think gains would be similar to the bike, is that plastic from Excell or did you bend sheet metal? Anyway that is sick! Nice job.

i used a rs-5 off a 07 cbr 600. the exhaust itself is easy to build but the plastic is a pain in the a$#. the plastics are homemade. that part took about 4 hours the first time i made a template for my first sled but it only took me about an hour to make the side plastics for this sled. a heat gun and a tin snips works great. for the exhaust all you have to do is cut a bit out of the stock heat shield and mount it to the frame some how and after that its a snap!
