Most cycle catalogs will have the drag style slip in baffles that would fit in those pipes, but even then it's a marginal benifit. If you're looking for a low profile under-tunnel muffler, try either a company called Spintech or another called Dr. Gas. Spintech will make you a custom muffler that would fit right where yours is, and be able to make a 2 in, 2 out as well. I've used them on several cars here in the shop with low clearance, and they sound sweet on a car, can't say I've heard one on a sled though.. Dr. Gas has a few very low profile mufflers, and the exhaust systems like what the Nascar guys use, and those wide, flat tips are baffled. Just an idea...

exhaust project has been derailer by grounding issues. can't get the sled started to test out the completed exhaust.
I've had a several friend stop over. All agreed it sounds pretty bad a$$. One has a nytro and didn't think it was much louder then his after market exhaust. Another has a MXZ with sno-stuff can and said about the same thing. they think its the garage, lack of suspension and flap that is making it seem so loud. Plus its hanging by the bumper from the ceiling.

Yeah you need to get it on a trail for 5 mins at 60-70mph and see if you can stand it. They resonate bad for some in stock form.

I pretty much gave up on it today and ordered the Super Q shorty that goes with the Skinz seat. Found it for $389 at snowcitymi.com more then $200 less then any other I've found.
It really sounds awesome and would probably be a lake racing/hill climbing exhaust or something to put on at an event. Trail riding would only get me tickets. Wouldn't want it to be the final nail for someone to close their trail access
