I downloaded the installation manual from the AD Boivin site, but the last 2 pages are missing. Page 18 should be the exploded view, and page 19 the parts list. Also, on page 4, 'Table 1, Adapters' the right side of the page is missing.
Does anyone have these pages, that they could post or e-mail to me?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Mr. Sled, that's a great post, but I already looked at it, and it doesn't have the pages that I'm looking for.
Can anyone help?

I'd really like to get pages 18 and 19. I have all the rest.
Just in case I need to source parts, I'd have the correct info to order or inquire about.
Thanks.

Mine ends at 18 and its just a trim guide. I have two double wide pages that are un numbered of an exploded view and a parts list. I'll try to scan them if thats what you need.

Guys..........Really! I need help!
Broke the rear (lower) swing arm bolt and buggered the shaft.
I would REALLY appreciate it if anyone has an exploded view and parts list to share it so I can order some parts.
Thanks.

whits-end,
I have the parts skematics for the Expert X. They were emailed to me by AD Bovin last year when I needed to order some parts. Unfortunately, they are too large to upload on this forum. PM me your email and I will email them out to you.

How is the x-pert treating you guys - sound like it is breaking to a degree - any details on the breakage - I may get an xpert or M10.

All things mechanical can break. No exceptions. M10 is well known for being high maintenance. ExpertX is built SOLID and SIMPLE. Really not much that can go wrong with it.
Lazy, the reason I ask, I had an M-10 for 3 years - no problems - got an 05 RX1 and the Monoshock can't hold up so I may have to replace it. I really like the M-10 but am definitely open to trying something new. Just read about a few breaks here and curious as to what happened. The Xpert looks trick, but I wouldn't just be buying it for looks.
My friend has a 136" expert x in his 05 and loves it BUT... the top shaft in the front has broken around the welds around both sides. Anyone else have this problem? We were thinking he has his limiters too loose and the banging was breaking it.

I bought the skid used, and 1 bolt for the softness bar was missing. Vender said it had broken because it was not torqued properly during install. I replaced both softness bar bolts, but probably should have replaced ALL the shaft bolts. 1st ride, the lower swing arm bolt (long,
12 mm bolts into shock axle) broke. Looked like it had been cracked.
AD Boivin fixed me up right away (2 days) with shock axle, lower swing arm bushing, and all bolts.
Great service!
Looks like we'll be back on the trails without missing a weekend.
Hopefully this was an isolated case.
BTW- Thanks for the parts files RobX-1!
