I here the m10 takes some off the high end and I also agree on the 136 it will span bumps better than a 121.

the m10 does take some of the top end....I did a 136 on my sx-r and relocated the skid and I think that helped the top end problem. On a 121 m10 set up for trail it really kills the top end.....

I installed the expert on my 03 rx. Top speed is same as stock & holeshot is better....specially in loose powdery snow. Ride comfort is a lot better in small bumps but the big ones still hurt. The m-10 works a lot better in the big bumps but you lose in weight transfer & top speed.

I put a expertx in my '03 shortie and love it. weight transfer is incredible and the ride is much improved. I did have the shocks revalved to better handle the big bumps and control the kickback. Skid also helps on hyfax wear, I have over 2000 miles on my set with virtually no wear.

race24x, the expertx is a aftermarket suspension made by AD Boivin. This is the company that manufactures the Snowhawk if you are familiar with them. You can check out the suspension at www.adboivin.com

There is an M10 with Olins on Ebay if it helps here is the link.

or look under fast m10
ps. I had an expertx on my viper and loved it, but it did make it tippy, but could pull the front up about 2ft. coming out of any corner if I wanted to show off. Great hook up.

The main problem with Expert X is it almost has too much weight transfer for trail riding, especially in turns. This skid is for the very aggressive rider.

I have 136 expert. I really like it a lot. Weight tranfer is awsome. easy to adjust. The thing that I didn't like about it is the valving in the shocks. other than that it's awsome.

Hey 136expertx, if it doesn't work the best, it definately looks cool.

Hey 136expertx, if it doesn't work the best, it definately looks cool.
Thanks. It is still way better than the proaction. I can't wait to ride this season with new valving.
