Extremely Epic late summer sleding in Whistler!!!

This goes back to July 11th and 12th 2010,
It was a total 4x4 / Sled Mission,

but we thought It would be amazing to do a Hero Mission into the Alpine for some Summer Sledding we knew there was still snow, we were just worried about how sketchy it was gonna be to get to it.

07 Summit

The trail was sketcky and a massive tree had fallen and blocked the Trail, SOL??? I think Not, break out the shovels and build a kicker out of what little snow we could find on the trail. and were gonna jump the Log. and it worked no prob.

we finnally got to the Cabin, My friend messed up his ankle so he had to start the BBQ and make sure the beer was cold for when we got back.

finally hit the Alpine and you can see what we had to ride,

We hunted down some fun apline lakes and hits.

It was pretty amazing to think that we went sledding mid july.
and it was awesome!!!!

it was +30c and so amazing , the trail got too tight for the trucks from there, but there was snow on the trail in the tree's because they create shade and the snow dosent melt. So where the trucks were parked was the 1st part of ridable trail.
