I've currently got the HD drive shaft from Ulmer with the Wahl 2.52 pitch extroverts and was wondering, if anyone knows or if Allen can chime in, if there are ones that have a 2.86 pitch that I can swap them to?
I've got an Arctic Cat XF 8000 (137" track) that uses the 2.86 pitch drive and I would like to have a spare track on hand that would be able to be swapped into either sled if needed.

I would think any extrovert sprocket with a 2.86 pitch that will fit a 1 inch shaft., that the older apex's have.
The 2016 and up apex's have 2.86 extrovert sprockets, but I think the shaft is larger. So they won't fit. I think the design of these extroverts is not very good anyway.

I just got a set of used 2.86 estrovert drivers with a sled I just bought. Guy had used them on an FX nytro.
What size hex is the ulmer shaft?

I finally got the sled out and checked, it's a 1.250" diameter hex shaft.

Will a 137 track (and 2.86 drivers) work with a 136 mono skid and still be able to get the track tight enough?

Travis, So if one had a 12 XTX with the 2.52 and wanted to change to the 2.86 would a 2016 drive shaft work or would you recommend new drivers?

You can put 2.86 drivers on the stock 12 shaft. No advantage to replacing the shaft.
