I would like to install a Camso ICE Arrowhead 130 Snowmobile Track on my Venom and need to figure out if this is possible. I have two issues, first, the track I want is 15" wide and the OEM Track on the Venom is 14" wide. The second issue is that the Venom comes with a 2.52 Pitch and the track I want only comes with a 2.86 Pitch.

I was told that a 15" wide track "should" work on the Venom/Blast, but the shop I was speaking to said that I really need to confirm this before I commit.

My bigger issue, IMHO, is that the Venom is setup with a 2.52 Pitch and the ICE Arrowhead 130 track uses a newer designed 2.86 Track.

Does anyone have any experience with doing a 2.52 to 2.86 Drive Pitch Swap on a Venom/Blast?

I'm not sure exactly what must be changed to make this work but at minimum, I know the OEM Drive Sprocket needs to be swapped for a 2.86 Pitch Drive sprocket. One of my issues is I can't find the size of the OEM drive shaft for said sprockets.

Yamaha uses a 1 3/4" drive shaft in their Viper and Sidewinder, but I can't find any info on what they use in the Venom. I also can't assume that the shaft on the Venom is the same as its big brothers.

My venom is still in the crate so now is the time for me to have this work done, before they assemble everything, just to pull it all apart to install the new track and whatnot.

Thanks in advance for any advice. Below is some information that I've gathered that might help.

Kind regards,
