I just asked this same question 2 days ago. It is the relay. 3rd one in line. I took mine out, blew off the relay and in the connection piece with air compressor and put a small amount of electrical grease on the relay.
If that doesn't work for you and the sled does nothing when you turn the key I was told to just hold the key on for 30 seconds or so until the relay heats up and it will fire up.
Oh and i had no code either, until you hold the key for extended period of time. then you will get Error 12
