Finally done wrenching.
Yesterday I rode my '03 TRX-1 ER Warrior 136" for the first time. It's a MCXpress rear mount. It's at 10 psi for now.
I have Wiseco 10:1 low comp pistons and 3 Yamaha head gaskets installed. So running 10 psi on 95 RON octane, or 17 psi on 98 RON octane pumpgas is OK. HI/LOW boost switch installed.
Sled has been totally in pieces and reassembled. Frame has got about 100 new rivets. I discovered a lot of loose rivets beetween bulkhead and tunnell, you have to tear it down to find out. All bushings and bearings replaced everywhere. Sled is extended to 136" using a MPI ext kit. Track is studded with 168 1.375" Studboy PowerPoints, punched and fully clipped. Tunnell protection was not removed as MCXpress suggested in their install guide. I made some washers and lowered the protectors to fit below the exhaust and charge tube, then I added some gliders 7 millimeter thick to prevent studs to hit the piping. Addons installed: 9T No-slip drive sprockets, trued on a latte. 4th wheel kit. A few small guide wheels in the skid. Changed both shocks in skid to Engans alu gas shocks. Front torque arm in skid is reinforced and welded. PowerMadd 4" bar riser. Powertech hooks and longer chocke and throttle cabel. Low black wind shield and shades for headlight. New TotalTech 8" carbide wearbars. Small rear cooler from RX-1.
Things to install later when funds allows: O2 wideband A/F gauge, sensor and electronics. Boost gauge. Electronic boost controller. Water temp sensor and gauge. Large rear cooler from Warrior. Taller seat.
I would appreciate any input on addons I still have to buy. What have you guys found useful, what is working, where to get it, cost and so on.
Testing and tuning remains.
Mr.Sled - We need an Emotion about TURBO like the one about NOS.
After passing the finish line - competitions says:

RX Fun - You bet. It's worth it not only for the HP, but also the process of rebuilding and changing, maintaining, improve and so on, has been fun almost all the way. There was a few setbacks caused by parts ordered and not showing up for months. All in all it was FUN to build something by oneself. Had good friends helping out though. Can't wait for the test and tune part of the work, that's some really great fun too.
RX Fun - I now understand your screen name a lot better LOL. Maybe I should rename to rxFunToRide
Cool Emotion, can you get MrSled to add it?

Thanks Freak
Pics please. How much higher is it than the '03 stock seat?
I will have to wait until next year cause I'm short of funds and kids and wife expect gifts for christmas this year too. I've had my share with the RX-1 getting turboed. LOL.
I need a highrise cause I went with 4" bar riser. I like standing when riding off trail in forests, sidehills, mountains, so a taller seat makes it easier to get up standing when riding.
