Finished up installing the ski glides and track cleats. Finally have a new home for the sleds that isn't an open two place.

It looks like a very good install you did...I have a question..did you copy the layout on caliber web page?...and is your trailer a 7' wide trailer?

Looks good! You build this yourself? Man that looks like a pro did it. Aluminum frame?

It's a Neo 7x28 NASF with some extras like aluminum interior walls and torsion axles. I hung the spare tire and put in the ski glides. It was more tedious than I expected making sure everything lined up like I wanted it too. There aren't too many pictures online showing what it should look like so I thought someone else may be able to use these as a template. I used the caliber site to estimate how much material I needed. It overestimated by a bit but not too bad. The pics on the caliber site where okay but others on forums were better.

I think my front flex glides are set for an 8ft trailer not 7ft. I'm going to have to fix that. Anyone else see that or am I mistaken?

Yep front corner looks a little off tight. I find it better to load in the front and go out the back. 4 sleds in & the first goes on same side as front door, stagger so last one in is on front wall opposite door, lond diagonal. Creates lots of floor space inbetween for stuff if needed, bags fuel cans etc.

And saw your pics and thought that seems to b the better way. Good thing I had left over pieces. It'll take 10 min to fix it.

did you remember to leave a gap in between the glides? gotta leave some room for expansion/contraction. Otherwise looks great! I love my caliber glides.

Shouldn't expand too much in an enclosed since they are not in direct sunlight where they can really heat up. It was 80 plus degrees when I installed mine so I figured they were expanded probably as much as they would ever expand so I butted mine together. When winter sets end they should contract a little and leave a small gap. Hope my theory's right..lol

Looks great nice trailer. Nice work.
I have the 7ft Neo -non aluminum interior, didn't know about that option. Mine is a 2013 I don't believe was available that year.
I load as described by wexfordhunter works great. I am currently with out the floor guides. I put the spare and a bumper ski guide (used a Ford Chrome running board cut to fit)on the non door side floor of the V front. Come in the front with skis turned -they slide until they hit bumper then turn me down the length of the trailer. On first and third sled I slide across to the door side wall-not hard at all on the smooth floor. Then fourth sled tucks diagonally in V.
Mine is the 26 foot no problem with four sleds (121, 136, 144, 141 my sled lengths) I think long tracks would fit as well but never tried.
