There is only one switch to operate the hands/thumb heater control on any nytro I have seen, up on the switch for hands and down for thumb. Have not seen a 13 yet maybe the controls changed on those models.
I had the hand warmer upgrade on an 09 and its does work better then stock. I did leave the yamaheaters hooked up for those really cold days. Anything 2012 and newer already has the hand warmer upgrade from Yamaha.

Lol my wife and I were just discussing it and remembered my 10 only had one I was annoyed because her Apex had both. Jumping to my 13, I was happy to see I now had both. I forgot
Did Evo do a hand warmer upgrade?

I have no idea. No paperwork, just hand warmers working differently and exhaust note sounds better

To avoid confusion I mean a Power Commander V or III. Just wondering if remapping is required or the PCV is no longer needed.
Thanks for the replies!

Id like to know as well. I run the PCV w/o the timing and enjoy being able to use the 87 octane. does this flash add timing and or fuel to change the power levels?

Emailed them and I guess they have changed their address. Will phone them Monday.
I am the original owner of 2 2012 xtx's both are setup up identical same studs, carbides, clutching ect. My son and I have ridden these sleds side by side for over 4800 miles there was a sleds length difference between either one on any given day. He had the trail reflash done by Evo in the off season we just returned home from a 465 mile ride and I can tell you every time at any speed the sled with the Evo flash will pull 4-5 sled lengths and is at least 4mph faster on the top end.
