I know i want my fronts set about 75-80psi give or take but i forget where i need to be at on the mega float in the rear? Im 180 lbs.

Start about 156 and go from there at your weight.

75 - 80 pretty High IMHO for front unless you jump it or mogul bash.

I'm running just under 60 in the fronts

Ok. Ya maybe i had the fronts at 70. I dont remember. Bought it new late season. Only rode it 1.5 days.

I run 65lbs front and 150-155 rear and I weigh 230. I would think you should be around 145-150 rear.

Ok. Sounds good. Do you guys think its better to set them cold vs in a 50 degree shop? That way when i get to the trail i dont habe to re-adjust the pressures? I know when i picked it up last year the psi was set where it needed to be in the delers shop. Next morn it was 20 degrees outside and my front suspension was half what it was from when i picked it up. The shocks dont leak i know. It must have just been the pressure change due tonthe 50 degree temp change.

I just set/check mine when it's around 20deg out at the start of each season. I check them once or twice during the season and never had to change pressure or had them leak down. 90% of my riding is between 10 and 30deg so never really have any pressure swings or noticable ride difference. If your really concerned you could dump the air and fill them with nitrogen. It's drier and less prone to pressure changing with temp.
