First off they do not appear to be Woody's to me. Woody's would be stamped into them. Second; I have run Aluminum for years (both Woodies and Saber) and have never had any issues period. Seems to me I bent one of the Sabers once and that's it.

I have 120 studs up the center belt only with Woody's round aluminum backers. I have 1671 miles on them so far with no problems with wear.
I also used a torque wrench to torque each lock nut to the proper spec.
