a couple weeks ago i posted that my mega float went flat, brought it to the dealer and they said it probably lost its air from storing it inside and then going out when it was -35. i let them test it last weekend and they said everything looked fine!!!
yesterday with the snowfall we got i went for a 250km ride feeling that the float was getting weaker and weaker with every km i road in the beautiful white stuff, when i got back float was flat again and my back was killing also!!
am i the only one?
whats going on, this is a 16,000$ sled WTF

Go back to your dealer and make them replace it under warranty. I'd say your seals (not the Sea World variety) on that shock are bad.....

I have about 1000 km on my new Mega Float. So far, no issues. Coldest I've ridden in would be about -18 degrees C.
I've been very please to date.

1500 km on mine. No issues. In and out of heated garages numerous times.
Your dealer is full of crap. Tell them to get you a new one. YMCA gave me another Ohlin's electronic when mine was junk. Not Yammies fault, they don't build em but it is up to them to get you a new one or get yours fixed.
Shocktec in Ontario has rebuilt two of my buds shocks in the last 3 weeks. Frank did great work and turnaround was excellent. A weekend was not missed with either rebuild.
