I am thinking about buying another front end or doing some kind of mod, to help me improve my side hilling performance, what would you recomend me?
The problem is that i am way to skinny (65kg) to have some benefits when i try to make my sled behave as i would like when side hilling and most of the times i end up in not so good situations.
Some days ago i was climbing a fairly ''easy'' steep hill on its left side and when i was almost at the top i could no longer wrestle the sled to the right and keep climbing straight so i lost controll and it went left and it almost got really really bad, got it to a stand still with half my skies hanging in the air ower a almost straight downhill / hole filled with trees.
These things makes me feel like a shitty driver and i feel bad when most of my friends handles the same hills easily.
Well now that i got that said, i would like to mention my ideas!
I think the new Zbros long/small front end might be a good choice since it accept my stock GYTR shocks and that would save me loads of cash.
Anyone got some experience on this front end? How does it behave on trail? when i unhooked my swaybar the sled was almost dangerous to ride, or do i have to revalve shocks and / or adjust springs for it to work?
Should i unhook it again and buy hygears 3 rate spring kit? or go for the Zbros at once?
I am a little worryed here and gladly wellcome any advice i can get.
I think it would be so great to find a sidehill and not be afraid of it.
Sorry if i rambled on to much but i have found many great advices here before so i tought it was worth a shot^^

There is a skinz frontend with shocks in the classifieds now
THEROOKIE
Extreme
I have the same issue as you and i am planning on removing the sway bar, but I have fox float x shocks, so I can put a bit of extra pressure in to compensate.
I am also thinking about narrowing the ski stance.
I would also like to hear about front end kits which will help in predictable sidhilling. I find the nytro handling very unpredictable for the type of Back Country riding i do.
I have a lot of coin gone into my sled, and I love the reliable 4- stroke powerband. I had the opprotunity to ride a Polaris Switchback Assault last week, and the handling may just put me back back on a 2 stroke, if I don't find a solution to my issues.
You are not alone
