FUEL YOUR BOOST, 3 Cylinder standalone

I put together a what if you where to build your own system or use existing components available out there to check to see how the pricing compared.

RB3 $600 (PIGGYBACK ONLY)
PROLOGGER DATA LOGGER $700
SENSORS $320
1000 CC INJECTORS $1000
F. PUMP, RAIL, REGULATOR $510
COILS $300

If you did your own it would cost you $3450 Retail that is. You probably could save $500 to $600 off that by shopping around. So lets say you can do you own for $2950.00. I don't think $3550 is asking a lot for what your getting. On top of that you know all the components work together. Is it a lot of money, yes, probably not for the trail rider. But for the boys that expect everything out of they're machine its a no brainer. Not to mention it has some cool safety features. I too would like to see a 4 bar for the 3 cyl. sleds. Looks like a nice upgrade Jim, can't wait to mess around with one of these.

Rb3... will NEVER be sme as a good standalone... NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with that, just doing a what if scenario for the guys that think its way overpriced. RB3 is okay, not even close to a standalone.

you have to remember this is the next level if you running 16 lbs this will is not cost effective. but there are a lot of guys wanting to run 20 plus pounds and this is the system to make that happen. we have been really busy but I will have more pictures, and videos up soon. we are really excited about this and we'll have a ski-doo on asphalt this season and a few nytros running in the grass this season.

nolimits - welcome to the site

I'm glad you're happy with OSP equipment, Jim and OSP have pushed the envelope on drag racing very high with their turbo systems. IMO his standalone system is fairly priced for what you get.

BTW - would you mind filling in your location in your userprofile, it's a site requirement.

Hi Jim , what fuels do you have maps for , with this new fuel system , what would the max boost be on premium gas ?

race fuel, the mapping for pump is on it way to being ready for testing, max boost on pump with stock compression?[/quote

Well i was thinking max boost , pumped fuel with 10:1 Compression , ported head , oversize valves , race cams ?
But since you asked , max boost pump fuel , stock compression .

that has not been tested yet but I am thinking 12 - 14 on pump with stock comp and timing out... thats with our turbo kits , other companys kits are not going to be as high, they have more back pressure than our kits.[/quote]
