A month ago we had a serious miss at higher rpm ms17 tuned sidewinder. Put in a new 3 bar sensor instantly fixed. Bought one from TD and one from Hurricane to have a spare. They are dated 11 of 2020. Sled is exhibiting the same issue again, works okay cool but gradually problem gets worse the longer you run the sled and fully heat soak it. The one seemed to read too high from the get go, shows a lot of boost at low rpm?
Just looking for input if anybody else is having similar problems.

Are you running the blowby into the intake, or have you eliminated the ROV?
If you are dumping the blowby into the intake yet I'm not surprised it acts up. I have had no issues by eliminating ROV and dumping blowby down below the running board and not into the intake.

Thanks Mike we will do the bypass, we haven’t and both have lots of miles on them. The one sensor read high from day one though which seemed weird. The other with that same manufacture date never worked at all, never picked up boost so sled runs short of fuel I assume and can’t pull any higher revs

If you go into diagnostic mode on your gauge cluster... Ignition on, engine off... What is your MAP reading???
Correct scaling for atmosphere should be around 750-760 mmHg.
Also, moisture within the vacuum/boost plumbing will affect sensor/solenoid performance, check for this as well.
But first check the MAP scaling for accuracy. Though the scaling may be out of spec, it doesn't mean the sensor is defective. This is where deeper inspection of all connect points are done both mechanically and electronically throughout system to ensure they are sealed tight and dry.

I fixed one TCat about 3 weeks ago with intermittent boost problems, mostly low. Bottom line was that sled was kept inside in heated garage after each ride. Serious moisture buildup in most vacuum/signal hoses under hood - all full of water. BTW- this TCat did have the ROV bypass.

I got the same issue, 15lbs on 270. Deleted ROV a couple months back. Took everything off, cleaned and dried in the entire system. Still cant hit 17lbs on 270 hurricane tune

Did you conduct a boost leak test?
What BOV are you running?

yes and it holds well over 20lbs. Turbo smart BOV. Leak test with soap. All new automotive clamps. Went right through it from the intake right back to the turbo. I’m convinced there is something electronic holding me back. Should be able to run 17lbs all day. I know when they get hot the system pulls them back a bit

0degC is right.
Put a good leather glove on, start sled, and plug muffler. It should stall within 2-3 seconds. If not, look for leaks. Make sure sled is cold so you dont burn your hand.

Check wastegate and associated components.... Actuator, solenoid etc... Possibly not seating firmly.... Etc.... I'd thoroughly inspect that part of system if all checked out ok on the pressurized intake side.

As 0degC said... You will see exhaust soot along the edge of the turbine housing and muffler flange....Have you checked for exhaust leak between motor and turbo?

Today with some nice cold weather and the intake temps very low. I seen 15.9psi at 270. 17.6psi at 300. The 300 setting had the psi build to 17.6 immediately where the 270 hits 13 and climbs slowly to 15.9.
I will start with the exhaust leak check. Ive been chasing this for well over a month and Hurricane said the same thing today. Seems like an exhaust leak. Running a GGB mountain can

Plugged the exhaust once the temp light went out. Sled shut down in maybe 1 second. Doesnt appear to be
**Update** Plugged the exhaust after the temp light went out and the sled shutdown just as fast as I covered it. When I had my donuts leaking on my apex it ran for a few seconds or a while before shutting down. Pretty confident no exhaust leak at this point
