Castle X CR2 gloves seem to work for me below zero and ski doo freestyle above 20F

It's starting to get cold here. In the low 40's this week. Still 2 months away from snow but got me thinking I NEED to get a pair of gloves. There is no way I am riding another year with cold hands on this sled.
I'm with lucky7 I have wuss hands that get cold. I upgraded my sled with the warmhands that rockmeister is selling and that made a difference but my hands still aren't comfortable. After much research I think I like the togwotee gloves. $99 seems reasonable plus my buddy buys everything he can with goretex and swears by the material for keeping him dry.
How about klim boots? Anybody got them?

I wear both the Klim Togwotee gloves and Adrenaline Boots as well as the Klim Aggressor (base layer) pant and shirt. . . .wouldn't wear anything else
Also have the heavy Klim balaclava for when it get's really
cold - better wind protection than your "standard" mask.
Otherwise I wear an Arctiva jacket and pants for an outer shell. . . .as I just don't yet see the added value on these two items (yet) to be willing to part with $600-$700 bones. . . .

Klim Boots
I also have the Klim Adrenaline boots and they are awesome. This year they are also teamed up with Yamaha so the boots say Yamaha on them (which is ok). I don't really care for the togwotee gloves. They are comfortable but I don't feel they are that warm.

I have the klim adrenaline boot, awesome boot, lots of support, but not too warm. But with a pair of GOOD wool socks i've never gotten really cold riding.
For gloves i wear True North Adventure Gear, but they switched their name to True Adventure gear...either way I use their smaller Storm Glove for when its not too cold, and their Powder storm glove when its cold. Awesome gloves, both of them, best gloves I've ever had, only glove I will ever buy.

I really like the towgotee gloves as well. My Nytro warmers are so bad that I do not believe any glove could keep you warm. Maybe a glove that made it hard to ride.
I did upgrade the warmers and now they work great. Check out Rocks handwarmers http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php?t=67236.

Thinking about spending some money on the new Klim Fusion gloves: http://www.funoutfitters.com/Klim-2010- ... 0-3087.htm
Tired of cold hands. I have been using the Yamaha branded FXR gloves.

Thanks for the tips so far. I was pretty set on the Towgotee gloves but maybe i'll consider the fusion or heck just go for the best the summit.
The boots I think i am set on the adrenaline with wool socks.
Anybody know of a retailer who sells this stuff less than MSRP or will discount them a little if you buy more?

When it comes to gloves and mittens there is only one thing to say: Hestra! They are the best
These guys only make gloves/mittens so they are really experts. I have had a couple of pairs over the last 20 years, and they are the real deal. And you really don't want gloves without Gore-Tex.
I can highly recommend these gloves: http://www.hestrausa.com/prod.php?p=HES3146&k=31494
I use them and all my friends use them and we are all extremely satisfied with these. The leather on the above model is really soft yet durable.
For those very cold days you can go for the mittens style: http://www.hestrausa.com/prod.php?p=HES3646&k=31494
You should find a pair of gloves/mittens on this site
(No, I don't work for or at Hestra but have good experience with the brand for many year. I use the same glove for both skiing and snowmobiling and it works great for both)

Pony up and buy the Klim socks as well, I have them and they are excellent moisture wicking socks, I also have the Radium GTX boots and have never been cold or wet!
