During the Jan Fun Ride, headed to Up North Lodge for lunch and ran into a stalling issue (2 or 3 times), got a code 81 on dash (heated grips error) but it started again right away.
Arriving at the lodge, the sled (07 Apex GT) died and wouldn't crank, although had good lights/dash & fuel pump. I disconnected all the relays & ecu one at a time to check connection, then finally tapped on everything/ anything electrical. I finally got it to crank when I tapped on the ground block taped inside the harness at the left forward corner of engine compartment. It ran fine the rest of the way back to Boarder's Inn, and I sliced into the harness and found the below connector all melted.
A slice, splice, solder & sealed and good to go. Thanks to Rock & Mark from Grand Rapids for the help!!
