Grand Geneva SnoX

At the snowcross setting my wife's booth up no new Yamy yet sat on the new thundercat pretty nice
By the picture showing the easy disconnect side panel, looks like cats get the same easy on easy off panels, unlike the old ones we had on 2012 up to 2016 it was a pain in the butt to remove the hood, now on the Yamaha it is so simple, thats a wonderful thing.

Ya,can you buzz by and pick me up,not to far out of your way,i will help with gas lol.
Sorry bud I left at 8:30 am. Great racing and Tucker didnt win for once! Got to check out most of the new sleds including Sidewinder and T-Cat which they had running. Not going to spoil it for rest of you guys that havent seen them yet but very impressed. Love the LE shock package and believe it or not the throttle is easier pull on a Sidewinder than a Viper! Just something I noticed that hasnt been mentioned. The LED headlight is downward aimed LED which uses the reflector to aim beam. Oh and I am getting a seat like the Cat XC has. Believe its same as older Mountain seat. Loved it.

cannondale,
How did they sound running compared to the viper?

We saw the guy ride the T-Cat outta the tent and onto the snow. Sounded really crisp...When he blipped the throttle, the flare-up was instantaneous.

Throttle and grip. Grip is way smaller dia. Throttle block looks same much easier pull than Viper difference must be in Throttlebodies.

Amazing difference between the Sidewinder and Thundercat as far as fit and finish. I felt all around the edges of the plastic
panels and the T-Cat edges were rough and jagged while the Sidewinder were smooth and even. The welds on the front supension
looked much better on the Sidewinder. Different standards?

That dosent make any sense, all the panels and skid and chassie come from cat, sense it is a cat in blue color, except the motor and clutches.

Maybe Yamaha massages the end product for a better appearance?

I wouldn't sweat the details they are all Prototypes. I am going to ask a buddy who works where plastic is made. Some things add cost but where I work sharp edges are smoothed.

R U sure about that ?
Are you kidding,at my age I am only sure about one thing,Death!! other than that, nothing surprises me today,so no I am not sure, but the procross sled all but the motor was cats design,so if it is not theres any more, than maybe Yamaha, does have a lot more to do with things than we tought, and that's not a bad thing IMO lol.
