Yesterday my cousin and I went to Two Harbors, MN. We were in a frantic search for snow being that it is all mud anywhere near central MN. First we stopped at the Munger trail in Duluth, but no studs allowed!! Trails there looked marginal at best. Before we went home I suggested we give Two Harbors a whirl. Low and behold, when we got to the trail parking area we were greeted with freshly groomed picture perfect trails!!! I have been sledding for 4 years, and this is the first time I have ever got the chance to ride down a groomed trail. All I can say is wow!!! This is what the Warrior is made for! Had the best ride ever. 189 miles later I have to say, I am very happy. The only thing I hate about the Warrior is the weight. I found an area with waste deep powder(first time riding in powder too!!!!!!! :D ) and the p.o.s. just wouldn't go through it. Sawed right down to the frozen ground. Took three big guys over a half an hour the get it to go twenty yards!! Ohh well. My cousin was going to buy a rev(he wrecked his viper) but after riding the big Warrior he changed his toon!

Hey fstblk, next time you make it up let me know there's some great smaller trails up here. I'm a swing shift worker but do get some weekends off. Groomers usually run on wed. for the weekend so mid week is really great. The N shore trail takes the most pounding...
Later JIM
