Well I have had the sled back for the 3rd time to adjust the reverse. This last time I stayed and watched. Think they got it. There was side to side play in the linkage so he tightened that up and it feels good. Asked if gear oil should be changed due to grinding he said wait 5 mins. Guy changed the gear oil no charge. We discussed summerizing and he also gave me a bottle of the yamalube silicone spray. No snow left to really test reverse but I think its fixed for good and all the little extras make for a happy customer.
