Has anyone done this and if so can you add some info?
How did you hide the ballast and does your high beam still work? how would 10k look in the snow.
Do the cold conditions take the reliability out of these?

i have some on my apex. I put the ballast under the headlight using the mounting brackets that came with them. I have high and low beams on mine but you will only need the low beam. the crappy job yamaha did with the high beams staring into the trees when you hit the gas are still worthless with hids. One thing though the relays that come with them are junk. sometimes they will not come on in the cold weather until they warm up. I replaced mine with bosch or dei relays and no more problems. hope that helps

i have a high/low hid kit and it's very easy to install,and works great,best upgrade i ever made,every one that rides whit me freak out on the difference it makes
