The reason I'm posting this here is this is the only section I normally read and post in ... So if I don't respond to a post its because I have to take it easy for a while (no high emotion, high excitement, high stress, situations) ... I'm 42-years old and I'm in relatively good shape ... 18% body fat with a fitness assessment score equivalent to a 23-year old ... Monday night while relaxing and flipping through the television channels I had a heart attack ... I just got released from the hospital today ... I had two blocked arteries (plaque) ... Both my left and right coronary arteries were 90+% blocked ... Here's my "boost section" reference ... Normally it takes 1-10 bar (1-bar = 14.7psi) to break the blockage (angioplasty) ... It took 16-bar to break mine ... The Doc put in two stainless steel stents (wire mesh tube) where the blockages (occlusions) were ... This season is over for me ... The upside is ... There will be a next season for me !!!!

Sorry to hear that Hammer. Guess Spray and I won't be riding with you in McCall this month.
Rest up and take care of your health.

Hammer,
That little flow porting in your chest should do you good. I hope you recover quick and count your blessings!

Same thing happened to my boss on Christmas eve. 40y/o relatively good shape, not over weight...bing..he's on the floor.

Take it easy for awhile and you'll be as good as new!!

Hey HAMMER ~ sorry to hear about that. I'll give you $50 for your sled & a visit from an "on call Nurse"! ;):D

Hammer

Hammer,

I sure am glad you came out OK. Tons of people would miss your great info if you were not around. You have been heaps of help to everyone and I hope you are around for many, many more years to come. But most of all I'm sure your family is glad you are still with us.

God bless

WOW! that's some scary stuff, glad it turned out OK for you. I guess the upside is that you and your doc have an awareness now and can monitor accordingly.

Hope you're feeling well, best wishes for a speedy recovery.
