Have one of my hand warmers on my Nytro stop working. Followed the line to the harness connection and checked for continuity and its fine.

It's not continuity, there has to be resistance. 0Ω resistance would indicate a short. Depending on the type of handlebar (regular or hooked), resistance should be 1.53-1.87Ω for reg. or 6.12-7.48Ω for hooked (these are for Phazers, yours could be a bit different).
