hand warmers

Went and fired up my 04 Mtn today. My throttle side hand warmer will not function. Any ideas? Thanks.

04 Warriore Thumb Warmer

Same problem. Have no graph display when using the thumb warmer . I toggle the rocker switch but it does not show the graph but puts out high heat on thumb warmer.
Connected the thumb toggle switch to the hand warmer and it shows and the graph and controls the heat which rules out the rocker switch.
My guess is that it's the ECU

first check wiring.okay testing has to be done with engine idling above 1000 rpm,with the brake light off.when engine drops below 1000 rpm or brake light is on the grip and thumb warmers turn off to divert all availible voltage to the ignition system. use dc voltmeter.grip warmer elements: color code:y/r - b.with 0 bars on meter(gage) there should be 0 voltage.with 1 or more bars should be 5v dc@ idleincreasing with rpms. hope this helps.there are also tests for rocker switches and lcd indicator.

I took my sled down to the dealer today to try to fix my warmers they dont get hot at all. when you disconnect them and plug them in individually they work fine but when you hook them back up in series they dont get warm. He told me the hand warmer voltage is controlled by the computer. I dont understand if you hook each one up individually they work great but not when wired in series as they should be does this make sense to anyone? the thumb heater works great but no grips. Of course the dealer says yamaha wont pay to trouble shoot it, they will do nothing until it breaks.
if you ask me it's broke now.
any help or info would be appreciated.
