hard start hotter plug ?

my late build 2016 rtx se is a bear to start always afraid it will leave me stranded as it has once. Supposedly has latest flash . my bro has early build 16 no issues starting. his wife has 2017 cat 7000 no issues ARGGGG. you crank it, it pops once then nothing, let sit 30 seconds try again it will go, sometimes takes 3-4 tries , hot or cold doesn't matter. first time out was -10 flooded bad clearly rich when starting. has anybody tried a hotter plug? I read some have had luck with the 10ESK but that's same temp range right ?

ngk plugs get colder the higher the # is. for hotter go 8's.
