Has anyone seen this oil change kit from YAM?

As the title says, 1st time of heard of, wonder if their's any savings to be had? It doesn't mention anything for APEX'S, I tought they used all the same oil FILTERS.

No you don't save a thing but time get the stuff. Got one here at SYI and they charged me the same for it.

Yup, you usually don"t save anything on their oil change kits. Our dealer charges $59.95 for the kit and I can get 4 qts of amsoil syn and a purolator filter for $46.

I picked up a apex oil change kit for $43.00 at the local snowmobile show. 4 quarts of yamaha syn oil,filter and gaskets for the drain plugs.

i think this is a product so that someone buying online can just specify the kit - instead of specifying 3 qts of oil and an oil filter. also, if you have pos displays, it gives the opportunity for someone to just grab the whole kit. in any parts business, kits or assemblies are put in place to save time and perhaps sell parts that may not usually sell. this gives yamaha the opportunity to sell 3 quarts of their oil instead of like me just a filter and i get the oil elsewhere. i do think it's an online deal though.

I think you guys should move it's way to expensive to live there. And you all vacate we could take it over and make it USA and then everything would be cheap and you could move back - of course we would have to charge you rent then
