Not common at all!!!
This must have been reported on
CNN.... or MSNBC.....
So how many PSI is the stock head gasket designed to hold. If you up your boost from stock PSI you shouldn't really be saying there is a problem with stock components. On the other hand if the head gasket is leaking with stock boost there may be a problem.
Clutchmaster is correct. Guys pushing past 350-400 hp are getting some head lift. Case will flex and distort the head even with head studs. Engine is nowhere near as stout as the Zuk was.... especially it being a 3 cylinder.
Ehh.. Snow outlaw guys were lifting heads at 400 hp... What one guy "says" he's getting is irrelevant. On race fuel the Zuk is flat out more powerful and has a bottom end out of a C15 cat.
We are getting off track here I don't know what the Suzuki 2 cyl has anything to do with SideHogger buddy pulling off his head to find a leaking head gasket. I guess what I want to know is, was it stock or tuned.

Sounds just like our sidewinders, pretty cool
Well they must be doing something differently than the UTV guys running 998’s because this is a video of a legitimate +500hp YXZ doing long sustained runs at peak horsepower without issues. This was 2 years ago they have since got’em up to 650hp.
