Headlight Adjustment

Is it easy to adjust the headlight? My low beams are high, and my high beams are pointing to the tree tops after I got it back from the dealer. They never seem to get it right.

FYI - They are most likely pulling the headlight when doing the oil change and that's why it's off. Anyhow, it is easy to adjust. There are two philips head screws on each side of the bottom of the headlight assembly that adjust the aiming of the headlight.

Must be an assembly issue. We went last weekend and both my Phazer and my Buddy's Vector had the "tree-top" hi beams. I could see if they were bought from the same dealer, but mine was bought in MI. and his in OH.
