The CV boot on the front driveshaft from the motor to the front diff tore on my 2003 grizzly. My local dealer looked it up and it seems that yamaha doesn't sell boot kits or for that matter the CV joints don't come off the axle. Has anyone else had this problem?
Does any one have a driveshaft around or know where I can get one?
It really seems to be absolutely stupid to have to replace the whole driveshaft when all that is wrong is a torn boot.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I went under search and typed up "atv cv boot" and on the first web site that came up was www.atvworks.com and they have a universal ATV cv boot kit for $19.95 It should work. maybe someone else has some info but thats what I came up with.
I just had a problem the other day with myleft rear cv boot but I was lucky in that only the clamp came off on the outside of the boot. I went to autozone and got one for $1.50 the dealer wanted $8.00 for the same clamp. I still have to locate the tool to put it on or slide one of the guys overthere a few dollors to put it on for me on saturday should not take more then a few min to do. anyway good luck!![Rockon  ](/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/rockon.gif)
