I am embarassed to post this.
I installed new avid drivers and track
The front of the track seems to end up moving towards the clutch side
You can see by looking at the driver windows
I have loosened the track several times and pulled it over towards oil tank
Ajusting the rear tension will move the rear left and righ but the front stays to the one side.
My drivers are in phaze
Fairly sure that the chain case is back together properly (everything turns easy and reverse works
I used the measurements off my stock drivers maybe they slid over from the power of the turbo?
Have tried loosening the track several times and cannot get it straight.
It turns fine but the driver is right on the edge of the window/clip
ANY IDEAS?

Sounds like the avids are not installed on the right spot.

Anyone have measurements from inside the tunnel to center of drivers?

I dont have those measurements sorry. If the track is centered in the tunnel but the driver is not just measure how much and what direction the driver needs to be moved to make it perfect and adjust it. If the track is not centered in the tunnel and its rubbing or close to rubbing on one side then its indicating the driveshaft is not aligned.

The track moves to clutch side. I measured the drivers and there is equal space between frame and drivers on each side. The extrovert portion does still find the window but it is not on the center of clip. I'm afraid it will climb out during riding conditions. The drivers are both out by the same amount to the one side. I don't think there are any spacers in the skid that could make it twisted in the tunnel???

Sounds to me like you gotta remove the drivers and move one that small amount to make it fit right.

but when the track does move over to the side it is not centered in the tunnel

Why would the track not want to ride in the center of the tunnel? is this normal? I do not think my tunnel is bent? Could someone check the measurment from inside of tunnel to each side of track and see if the track should be centered.
If it is normaly to one side i am just gouing to move the drivers over 3/16" in place with a chunk of hard wood on the collar and a hammer.
Thanks for the help

When ever I have had a alignment problem it was because the rear skid alignment control was not adjusted properly, I adjusted that to center the track on the skid not necassarily the tunnel.
To be honest I have never checked where the track rides on my extro's.

Rear skid alignment control?? Are you talking about the track tensioning bolts for the rear axle

Yes just the tensioning bolts. I'll take a peak at my drivers sometime and see if they are 100% centered.

Well I am giving up I cannot find the measurments for the extro drivers. I am taking it all apart and pressing the driver over 3/16" thats where the track wants to ride thats where it will have to go.

Have you solved your problem? Got the measurements from Allen from ulmer racing. Start from clutch side and measure to the center of the first driver is 4 7/8. From there the drivers are 8 7/8 on center for spacing. Mine is good to go with those numbers. Hope this helps out or you have it sorted out by now.
