Last winter I could start the vector up but it kept cutting out when I added throttle. I figure it is either the carbs or TPS. Does anyone out there have any tips on where to start looking. I have so far removed old fuel and will be adding fresh crappy ethanol gas which is sad but that is whats readily available. I did add stabilizer to it last winter.

Sounds like a good carb cleaning and sync is in order.

You can bypass the tps. I think it's in the book what wires to unplug and plug together. Had to do that to an 05 last year. Kept cutting out. If carbs, we took ours to Excell for a sync and donuts. Honestly, it purrs...never ran so smooth. Worth the trip to have real pros tune it. 7000 miles on it, just wanted to be nice to it. Never touched it, runningwise, in 12 years!!Last winter I could start the vector up but it kept cutting out when I added throttle. I figure it is either the carbs or TPS.
