Hello we are a family of yamaha sled owners and my parents are having some issues of sleds that just over one year old sleds shouldn't have. My dad has been getting a but of a run around trying to get a hold of anyone in yamaha to talk to so before I start going and complaining that X happened and sled Y is junk I was hoping to talk to a yamaha rep explain what kind of problems we are having. Thanks in advance.

Usually, your first course of action would be your dealer. If it`s out of warranty and he can`t do anything, then try calling their head office as they may offer something as a goodwill gesture. Numbers can be found on this page under Warranty appeals:
