Can anyone post me with some details. We are heading up from Appleton WI on Thursday night. We'd like to get a good day of riding in on Friday. Where are people meeting etc?

Mostly everyone is staying at the Ramada in Houghton. Should be some TY'ers in the breakfast nook in the morning to find out where and when everone is going. Most of the time it is around 8-8:30, and pull out shortly after.

Ah, just wander around in the morning and ask EVERYONE you see " Are you a TY'er?" LOL!! I am trying to make this ride but currently have no skid, exhaust or seat on my sled. Oh the JOY of modifying a perfectly good sled LOL!!

I don't think we are staying at the Ramada. We stayed at a place in Houghton last year that was only 60 clams a night and right on the trial so we will head over in the morning to connect...

You must be talking about the Budget Host Hotel. Thats where I started to stay at first, great prices, parking and rooms are not bad at all.
Then started going to the Best Western, bar upstairs, and walking distance to some good bars downtown like the Library, can't beat the nightlife, and right by a gas station.
This will be my first stay at Ramada. Only a week left

Anyone looking to share a room with me? Just got confirmation my roomy has to work this weekend.
I can stay at a buddy's house for free, just that I will have to drive back and forth every morning and night. Might do that if I cannot find a roomy.
Females welcome too......

Donna said she'd let you ride her cute red Phazer as she's looking forward to just riding with me and not riding her own. I don't know why but she likes you Dave.Viper_Dave said:I would take ya' up on that Terry, but my sled is STILL in pieces! Was hoping to be done, but OH WELL!!

We still have the Phazers for solo riding but got the snowmobile equivalent of a Freightliner for our 2-up chores. I'll just say that it has a Japanese 4-stroke engine and leave it at that.NOS-PRO said:Them 2 on a Phazer.......

You two on a Phazer? Top speed would be like 40 mph and it would take you about 25 seconds to reach that speed.NOS-PRO said:Might as well give her my Nytro and VD and I can double up on the Phazer.......lol
