Some of my friends wanna hit the river tomorrow, well i could take my doo which skips water like a jet ski, but im wondering how the phazer does, mine is the mtn lite model....
With all the snow ingestion in bodywork I was worried about a wet belt but it never happened.I have a Freeride so it helps but with two on sled I was very impressed.Had to have gone about a mile on open river to get to trail.Couldnt get off or turn around.Daughter on back just got her boots wet.Chaincase seems to get water in alot though.

works great on water.......until about 20 feet, then water from the skis gets sprayed into the clutch cover and about then you should be looking for land shortly

when i'm done putting my sled together i'm going to try to figure out someway to seal around the front of the cover so water will not enter. if i was you i would take the doo. my cat skips perfect but the phazer needs some fine tuning
I wonder why I didnt have a issue?Scooter does yours have the update for keeping snow out of bodywork?

I have not had any good luck with it last year. It seemed like everytime i skipped i could only go so far until it would start to slip. I've tried numerous differant ways and still get the same outcome. it does go great across water but for me only until the belt gets splashed but i will fix that soon.
