Your strap is probably set to stock, the bolts are in the middle. Loosen the strap one hole and adjust your transfer to 3/4, there are reports that they bend easy when they are let out to max. Drop your air in your floats to 25 or 30 psi, this won't help with the ski lift but it does help in acceleration. I have the same clutch kit, start with the 1/2" long weight and have it backed out about three threads past the heal and turn it in from there to hit the right r.p.m's. I ride an attak and on the hard pack with 168 sing./doub. pattern I can pull my ski's about 24" and it holds them to about 80 mph. On my buds 121" er, he can flip it over backwards if he wanted to, but yet when it counts he can point and shoot with acceleration. It's fast, but not as fast as my Attak. lol
