When I was chatting with Dave at the sled show in the fall he did mention he doesn't like using android phones to communicate with GAP Flasher deal, has had to many troubles over the years. To many different versions of amdroid software and what not is Dave speculation. I didnt have any troubles with mine but I am running an S24 on the lastest updates.
He did suggest using my wife's apple phone, he very rarely has any troubles with the Apple phones and the GAP flashers. Might be something worth trying if you know someone with a decently new iPhone.
